1796 LC Officers sword query

Am I right in believing this sword to be a Yeomanry Officers sword ?.

It could be .... but equally it could be a sword of a regular army officer. Unless it has regimental markings or officer’s initials, you’ll never know.

As it appears to have the Royal Arms and cypher on the blade I would think more likely to be regular army.
